Our original barre class is a 55-minute non-impact, full-body workout targeting areas of the body that need it the most; legs, seat, hips and abs. Every class blends Barre workout, Pilates, Plyometrics, Yoga stretches, Ball, with intense bursts of Cardio.
Barre Cardio Kick
Take our barre class to the next level with easy to follow combinations of punches and kicks designed to burn major calories. Using faster continual motions, this high energy and challenging workout will get the heart rate up. Transition right into our barre workout with concentrated upper and lower body barre and weight work. No previous kickboxing experience needed.

Barre Class Rates
College Students (with valid ID): $10 drop-in rate | 10 classes for $80 ($8/class)
Regular Rates: $12 drop-in rate | 10 classes for $100 ($10/class)
First-time clients $99 unlimited month; thereafter $129
Private Barre Classes
Are you looking for a personal trainer? Do you enjoy one-on-one attention from your instructor? Perhaps you’re expecting, recovering from an injury or need extra motivation to lose those last few pounds. Then schedule a private class with any of our certified barre instructors. We are flexible and will accommodate your busy schedule. Contact us to set up a time!
