Private Sessions
A one hour, one instructor, Pilates workout using Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Cadillac) as well as incorporating matwork. An excellent way to become acquainted with the Pilates system. The one on one attention allows the instructor to properly assess your body and develop a program that targets your individual needs. No previous experience necessary.
Semi Private Sessions
A one hour, one instructor, up to three clients Pilates workout using Pilates apparatus as well as incorporating matwork. Upon creating an understanding of the Pilates program, the semi private sessions offer an opportunity for the client to work at their individual level yet share an instructor's guidance. Prerequisite: 3 Private sessions.
Tower Class (Reservation required)
A great combination class incorporating tower work and Matwork. (the tower is apparatus that offers resistance while still supporting the body). Prior mat experience is necessary. Limited to 3 per class.
Pilates Mat I
A mat class of the Pilates Beginner System. Pilates Mat I introduces the basic principles of classic pilates- Abdominal Control, Concentration, Breathing, Posture and Body Awareness. The class is beneficial to all levels. The basic system is the heart and soul of the method. Class limit 15 participants. Reservations required.
Pilates Mat II
A mat class available to those who have acquired a clear understaning of the movements and principles of Pilates Mat I. This class offers challenges such as rhythm and flow, as well as some new movements. At this stage the focus is on "making the connection" by constantly working on the principles. Class limit 15 participants. Reservations required.
Mat Class with Props
A mat class incorporating one or more of the small apparatus, such as the Magic Circle, Small Ball or Therabands. A clear understanding of the movements is highly recommended to participate. Class limit 15 participants. Reservations required.
Pilates on the Ball
Challenge your powerhouse on another level. Experience a mat class with the Stability Ball. This class is filled with moves that are challenging and fun for everyone, blending the therapeutic values of stability and balancing skills while using core muscles actively. Class limit 15 participants. Reservations required.
