Pilates High Intensity Interval Training B!ast Classes

As fitness trends continue to evolve, we’re bringing the best of what’s new and effective straight into the studio. We are excited to introduce two powerful new class formats designed to challenge your mind, body and soul.

Pilates H.I.I.T Classes

High-Intensity Interval Training workouts has earned popularity for a reason- it delivers results. Our Pilates H.I.I.T classes combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of interval training to maximize your 50-minute workout.

These major calorie-torcher classes will strengthen your core and body! Expect elevated heart rates, core-focused strength work, and dynamic movement on the Pilates Reformer. While the exercises may feel familiar, the pace and structure take things to the next level with energizing power segments.

We will do 3 rounds of a designated segment that is accomplished twice, including 3 rounds of 3 movements 1 minute each. Here’s an example of one section:

1 min jump board
1 min arm work
1 min tricep dips
(3 rounds with a short recovery, creating a highly effective and efficient workout):

We’ll then complete another 3 round segment to total 50 minutes. We have specific times that this new H.I.I.T. class is available, but if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session, we can do that, too, and customize the movements for your body.

Pilates B!ast Classes

Our Pilates B!ast class is a full-body experience designed to build strength, lengthen muscles, and transform your physique. This format blends Mat, Tower, along with Wunda Chair apparatus with elements of strength training and cardio. Enhanced with props, platforms, and high-energy music, this class keeps your heart rate elevated while targeting every muscle group.

We have integrating resistance and counter-resistance exercises that are sure to strengthen your body, define muscles, jumpstart your metabolism, burn fat and increase flexibility, Now, that is a lot of GREAT wins in a short amount of time!

These classes are fast-paced and require a solid understanding of Pilates apparatus. Every session can be adjusted to meet your fitness level, so feel free to discuss any concerns beforehand.
