★★★★★⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lowcountry Pilates and Joyce, the owner! From day one, I felt completely welcomed and supported. I had absolutely no prior Pilates experience, so I started with a few private lessons, which gave me the confidence and foundation I needed. Now I’m in group classes and loving every single minute of it! Joyce and all of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. They pay close attention to your positioning to make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly and safely. I always feel well-guided and never worried about getting hurt because they are so attentive and detail-oriented. The individualized attention is outstanding, even in group classes, and the overall customer service is top-notch. Scheduling is simple and convenient, which makes it easy to stay consistent. If you’re considering Pilates—whether you’re brand new like I was or more experienced—I highly recommend Lowcountry Pilates. It’s a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment that makes you feel strong, safe, and excited to keep coming back!

★★★★★I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The small, intimate setting with only four clients per session makes every class feel personalized and focused. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and great at working with a variety of skill levels. Since going twice a week, I’ve significantly increased my core strength and flexibility. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and effective workout experience!

★★★★★I have been going to the Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio for almost two years. During this time period I had total knee replacement surgery. I went through standard Physical Therapy and well as Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. But during this time ( over a year) i continued to have Pilates sessions one to two times a week to help rehab my knee and associated muscle groups. The instructors at the studio were knowledgeable about my knee and muscle rehab and their attention allowed me to recover faster and stronger. I highly recommend Pilates as part of any PT program and this studio has skill instructors that can help the recovery process.

★★★★★My start with Low Country Power Pilates was wonderful. The following day I had a freak fall and fractured a vertebra in my back. I already have three levels put together that have given me trouble since failed spine surgery over 20 years ago. I chose LCPP because they are a small studio with instructors specializing in back therapy. After the fractured vertebra I had to wear a brace but my physician allowed me to take a one-on-one class.Throughout excruciating pain, they worked hard to help me heal and get my health back. After several months, I was able to remove the brace and go slow from there. I have definitely seen an improvement both in my back and strength. I would highly recommend LCPP to anyone wanting or seeking instructors who not only specialize in various conditions but work with many other clients to give them the best workout possible. With a small studio and wonderful atmosphere you will find it here. It is always immaculate. Thank you LCPP for all your help, concern, and time in giving me a chance to work not only to heal, but continue to strength train. I am grateful!

★★★★★I have taken Pilates reformer classes at other studios with 12 reformers. The instructors cannot watch or help 12 people in a class at the same time. With 4 reformers in a group class, Lowcountry Power Pilates gives you much more individual and personal attention. All of the instructors are excellent and you learn different tips from each one. I highly recommend checking out Lowcountry Power Pilates!

★★★★★I’ve been attending Lowcountry Power Pilates for almost a year, and the improvements in my strength and flexibility have been incredible—I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been stronger! The small class sizes (just 4 people max) ensure personalized attention, which I really appreciate, especially since I have ongoing neck issues. Joyce and her team are amazing at tailoring workouts to accommodate injuries. The scheduling process is super easy, the studio is always clean, and the instructors are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Lowcountry Power Pilates!

★★★★★I just started Lowcountry Power Pilates this past month and already feel the difference. I started with 5 private classes and as a beginner I felt totally comfortable and the trainers were excellent. I had different ladies each time and they were all fabulous. Everyone has such a great attitude and loves what they do and it shows. Joyce the owner is great with follow up and communication. I just started the group classes and I was totally comfortable and it was a great work out especially for a beginner. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a way to get in shape and tone and feel good.

★★★★★I am (was) a complete beginner to pilates when I contacted Joyce and attended my first session. I was immediately hooked! She and her team are very patient and meticulous in explaining each move while insuring you are doing it the correct way. I am currently dealing with a significant health issue, however my sessions at Low Country Power Pilates are proving to be amazing mental and physical therapy! Each time I attend a session, I walk out refreshed, motivated, and have a whole new positive outlook. Thank you LCPP!

★★★★★Low Country Pilates and owner/instructor Joyce Ganzermiller is a game-changer! The combination of challenging routines, focus on core strength, and an emphasis on proper form makes it incredibly effective. I love the way the class incorporates both mat work and reformer exercises. The flow of the class is perfect – it's challenging but not overwhelming. Joyce Ganzermiller’s expertise shines through in every session. She has a keen eye for detail and provides clear, concise instructions and is incredibly patient and encouraging. Thanks to this class, I've noticed a real difference in my posture, muscle tone, and an overall reduction to joint and body pain. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner, I highly recommend Low Country Pilates you won't be disappointed!

★★★★★I’ve gone to the Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio for several years and am so thankful to have this option in Mt. Pleasant. Joyce is a classically-trained teacher who really follows the brilliant form that Joseph Pilates devised. Within a short time of taking classes, I was stronger, breathed better, cared for my body better and always looked forward to class. Joyce knows how to keep the workouts varied and gives a lot of personal attention. She also cleans with all natural ingredients, which I appreciate. I highly recommend this studio.

★★★★★I've been participating in pilates at LowCountry Power Pilates for 20 months. It's the first time I've ENJOYED exercising. Imagine my surprise when I mistakenly put on my husband's jeans this week and they fit. I even fully zipped them up! What a welcome and happy surprise!

★★★★★I love working out with Joyce. She pushes me hard so that I get the most out of my workouts, but she is aware of my past injuries and modifies my workout so that those injuries are not further exacerbated. I also enjoy the personalized focus on my workouts so that I know Joyce is making sure my form is correct (so that I get the most impact from each exercise and so that I don’t hurt myself). Thanks, Joyce!

★★★★★Joyce and her staff are amazing. I was not an exercise person for many years and figured it was time. Starting with the three private classes helped me get acclimated to Pilates in a private environment with one on one guidance and support to get started, taking my medical concerns into consideration. Now that I am taking the group classes, they are still small and personalized.i am working muscles I didn’t know I had and it feels so good! I highly recommend this boutique studio and their friendly, responsive staff.

★★★★★I am thrilled to have found Lowcountry Power Pilates studio! The class sizes are never more than 4 people and the instructors are amazing. They are always giving good feedback and help to improve your form and experience. They offer both reformer and mat/tower classes. You could also take a few private lessons if you are new to Pilates before you jump in a group class. I love the personal attention you receive here and again just so glad to have found the studio. I highly recommend!!!
