As we wrap up the final week of April 2026, we’re excited to announce that the winner of the Squats Challenge drawing will be pulled Thursday evening. Good luck to everyone competing for the $100 gift card! The random drawing is still open, so there’s still time to earn your raffle tickets- they’ll all be mixed well for a fair chance.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Whitney Haas as our new office Admin! Starting today, she’ll be in the office and answering calls on our new studio phone: 843-901-0889. If you have any questions about class bookings or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
We’re working hard to get everything in place before my upcoming vacation to ensure smooth operations for everyone. As always, you are my top priority.
The April 2nd Pink Full Moon brought renewal and fresh intentions, and it’s truly been a month of change and transformation. Looking ahead, the May 1st Flower Full Moon symbolizes growth and expansion – perfect timing as we continue to grow! We’re adding classes as needed: Sobia will be expanding Wednesday offerings along with Wendy, and Lila will now be teaching on Fridays as well as Jill.
As a studio owner, it’s incredibly exciting to pursue growth that is thoughtful and intentional. I’ve always taken a conservative approach, making decisions that serve the greater good. It’s important to me that we deliver the highest level of service to our clients. You deserve a team that is engaged, supportive, and genuinely invested in your fitness journey – and I believe we are meeting that high mark.
In my previous career as a Hospital Admin, I learned the importance of the “platinum rule.” Treat others the way you yourself would like to be treated. That principle has stayed with me and continues to guide how we serve our LCPP community. It’s about understanding and meeting needs – and then going beyond expectations.
We are committed to showing up every day with care and intention in each class we teach. We are more than a studio- we are a community, walking this fitness journey together as stewards of Body, Mind and Spirit. Thank you for continuing to choose us! Truly we love our jobs and getting to work with all our amazing clients.

In Health,

Joyce Ganzermiller & LCPP team
