September Wrap-Up: Gratitude, Giving, and What’s Coming Next

Group class on the studio floor

Dolly Day Was a Beautiful Reminder of Who We Are

If you were with us for our Dolly Day celebration, you already know what a special day it was. Our community came together with so much warmth, laughter, and generosity, and together we raised hundreds of dollars to support victims of the earthquake in Colombia. I am genuinely moved every time this group shows up for something bigger than themselves, and this was no exception.

That is exactly the spirit that makes Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio more than a place to exercise. It is a community of people who care, who show up, and who believe that taking care of themselves and taking care of others can absolutely go hand in hand. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make the day so memorable.

Looking Back at a Strong September on the Studio Floor

Beyond the celebration, September was a genuinely productive month inside the studio. We completed 387 sessions over the last 28 days, with 80 returning clients choosing to invest consistently in their movement practice. That kind of commitment is what produces real, visible results, and it never gets old to witness.

Our Group Reformer classes continue to be the heart of our schedule, and our Group Mat and Tower classes, Privates, and Duets round out a really well-rounded picture of how our members are choosing to work. Whether you prefer the energy of a group setting or the focused attention of a private session, there is a place for you here, and September proved that beautifully.

A huge congratulations also goes out to the clients who hit personal milestones this month. Reaching a session milestone is not just a number, it is a reflection of real dedication to your body and your wellbeing. We see you, and we are so proud of you.

Mark Your Calendar: Something Special on October 25th

We are already planning ahead, and I am excited to let you know that October 25th is a date you will want to hold. We have a Lowcountry Power Pilates Team that is walking in the Walk to end Alzheimer’s downtown Charleston SC. Please join us Sunday October 25th!

ALSO We have a new Challenge for the month, based on the honor system. Each day we are challenging you to walk 6,000 steps. When you come to the studio you can fill out your raffle ticket and throw your name into the hat to win the $100 Gift prize.

As always, thank you for being the reason Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio is the place it is. This community is the foundation of everything we do, and going into a new month feeling this much gratitude is a genuinely wonderful thing. Here is to a strong, joyful October together.

In Health,
